Cayuga Lake Seido Karate’s Punch & Kick-a-Thon is BACK!

We hope you can join us on Thursday, March 30th from 6-8PM at Cayuga Lake Seido Karate for their first annual Punch & Kick-a-Thon since Covid! Each participant will be performing 1,000 punches and kicks to raise support and awareness for Hospicare and the Cancer Resource Center. Below is the link to donate to us via their GoFundMe page. We’re honored to be one of the recipients of this year’s event, and hope that you’ll consider sponsoring our very own Amelia Massi as she punches and kicks her own cancer even further into the past! For more information, visit the Facebook event here.
