CRC & Lifelong Collaboration: Strength Training
This is a weekly, 8-session exercise and strength training class for females over the age of 55 or any age cancer survivor. Classes begin 9/15, and are taught by brain cancer survivor and certified personal trainer Bailey Colvin.
