Unconventional Training & Strengthening Class

Unconventional Training and Strengthening Class with Lee Ginenthal returns starting 2/22/21 on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm. Thank you to CRC volunteer and cancer survivor Lee Ginenthal for offering a virtual, gentle training class that increases strength, mobility, flexibility and aerobic capacity at the same time.
