Women Thriving Through Exercise: Strength Training

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 25, 2020
Starting July 7th through August 25th, a weekly 8-session exercise and strength training class offered free of charge. Some criteria apply and participants need to commit to attending all sessions. A collaboration between CRC and Lifelong and supported by the Community Foundation Women’s Fund. Classes taught by brain cancer survivor and certified personal trainer Bailey Colvin.
